INSTRUCTIONS
Ordering
a lecture using our secure server is a simple four step process:
1) Click on
the green BUY button of the lecture you want to purchase.
(For most lectures, a window will pop-up asking you to select
a format: Video tape, Audio tape, or Audio CD).
2) Click on
your desired format.
(The window will then close and you will be taken to a shopping
cart where you will see the lecture you selected).
3) Click on
CONTINUE SHOPPING to order more lectures or click on CHECKOUT
to proceed with completing your order.
4) You will
then fill out the secure order form with your personal information
and then select a shipping method.

If this will be your first time ordering online with MeccaCentric
and you plan on ordering again in the future, we recommend creating

HAVING PROBLEMS?
If
you are having problems using our shopping cart feature, please
read the troubleshooting tips below:
-First, be sure
to enable (or turn on) "Cookies" in your browser. Each
browser version is slightly different:
|
For Internet
Explorer, you should be able to do this under the "Tools"
tab at the top of the screen. Then select "Internet Options"
then "Privacy". For the latest version of Explorer,
slide the lever down until the message reads "Accept All
Cookies". Then click "OK". (For Macintosh users,
follow this path: Edit > Preferences > Receiving Files
> Cookies > Select "Never Ask" > Click "OK")
For Netscape
Navigator, you should be able to do this under the "Edit"
tab at the top of the screen. Then select "Preferences"
then "Privacy & Security". Click on "Cookies"
and then check the box for "Enable All Cookies". Then
click "OK". (For Macintosh users, follow this path:
Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Select "Accept
All Cookies" > Click "OK")

-If you are
using a text-only browser or nothing happens when
you click on the BUY button, you can still order online by clicking
on the item's price instead. Be sure to click on the price of
the particular format you desire. (See the illustration below)
| If
nothing happens when you click on the green BUY button, you most
likely have the "Java Script" feature turned off in
your browser. "Java Script" must be ON for the BUY
buttons to function properly. However, as mentioned above, the
green BUY button is not necessary to place an order online. Simple
click on the price of the item you want to purchase and it will
be added to your cart. |
-For your internet
browser, we highly recommend using the latest version of Internet
Explorer. This should allow for all shopping cart functions
to work at their best.
-If you click
on the "Continue Shopping" button and nothing happens,
simply click on the "BACK" button of your browser button
bar.
-If you remove
an item from the shopping cart and then click "Continue
Shopping", the item will appear back in your cart. You should
keep clicking "Continue Shopping" until you come to
the page where you left off. Don't worry, the next time you view
your cart, the removed items will not be there.
-You cannot
click on more than one green BUY button at a time. For instance,
if you click on the BUY button for Item #001 and then decide
you do not want to purchase it, simply click "Cancel"
inside the pop-up window and proceed to click on the BUY button
for the item you do want to purchase. DO NOT click on a BUY button,
ignore the pop-up window, and then click on another BUY button.
You must close the first pop-up window before opening another.
If this happens by mistake, the new pop-up window will appear
underneathe your existing browser window. To rectify this problem,
simply hide your existing browser window or reduce its size and
find the smaller pop-up window underneathe it. Then select a
format (if you want to buy that item) or click "Cancel".
After the pop-up window disappears, go back to your original
browser window and proceed as normal.
