If you are not satisfied with the content or quality of a product, you can return it to us for a refund within 10 days of receiving the order. To receive a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your return. The products must also be in NEW condition upon receipt. If the products returned are damaged or are deemed "less than new", a restocking fee may apply (up to 15%). Shipping charges (both ways) will not be refunded. You can also exchange a product for a credit towards another purchase. Defective products will be replaced for the same item at no charge within 30 days of the order date. Video and audio is originally mastered on the Sony DVCAM digital format. (This type of mastering began with lecture #067). All mastering for lectures prior to #067 were accomplished on the VHS format.
Each lecture is mastered in stereo sound to minimize hissing on the audio track.
All DVDs and VHS tapes are in the NTSC format.
All videos are recorded in SP mode to ensure the highest-quality picture.
All tapes are professionally duplicated and clearly labeled.
Sound for all audiotape copies is recorded on side A and side B of the tape. Not one second of the lecture is cut off when the transition is made from one side to the other. (Back to Top)

It is our goal to continue producing such high-quality tapes in the future, however, this will not be possible if you resort to unauthorized copying. If there is a lecture or convention about Islam in your local area, we may be available to professionally record it. We are willing to travel anywhere in the world as long as the travel expenses are fully paid for. And we only charge a minimal fee for production if we are allowed to distribute the lectures through our catalog. The lecture organizers and the speakers would also receive equal distribution rights.

We have been recording lectures and conferences consistently for the past 5 years and we feel our quality is unsurpassed by any other Muslim production company in the U.S. Our production set-up consists of a one-man crew that handles all facets of production. Two digital cameras are utilized along with a video mixer that enables smooth transitions between the cameras. Occasionally, shots of the audience are taken to reveal people's reaction to what's being said. Furthermore, picture-in-picture and split-screen techniques are utilized during Q&A or slide presentations in order to document all activities of the given lecture. All of this is mastered down "on-the-spot" to a digital recording unit that is capable of running 3-hour tapes without interruption. And we use Shure wireless microphones to guarantee quality sound even if the speaker leaves the podium.

After the lecture, we would edit together a brief montage that would serve as the opening to each video. This montage of still-shots and/or video would be juxtaposed with titles establishing the time and place of the event.

Our production services may be the ideal solution for those of you limited financially. We realize the tremendous expense incurred by oganizing, marketing, and hosting a lecture or conference. MeccaCentric would record the event and subsequently provide the organizers and speakers with master copies of the videos and/or audios. MeccaCentric would receive production credits and shared rights to duplicate, market, and sell the lectures. No royalty would be paid by either party and distribution rights would be perpetual for all.

Alternative deals can also be negotiated. If the organizers or speakers want exclusive distribution rights, then we will charge regular price for production. Or options can be factored into the agreement where the organizers can release certain lectures and restrict others based upon a pre-arranged payment schedule.
