Yusuf begins by making a commentary on the Burdah, a famous poem
eloquently praising the Prophet (P). Through this beautifully-written
poem, Sheikh Hamza looks at the amazingly selfless and noble
qualities of the beloved of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (P). He highlights
his exalted station on the Day of Judgment by virtue of his intercession
for mankind and the perfection of human possibilities in him
through his unrivaled character and divinely-inspired knowledge.
And in doing this, he makes clear to us why the Prophet (P) is,
indeed, revered as the best of all creation and why we should
increase our love and praise of him. |
